 Embedded in vineyards and fruit orchards, amidst idyllic countryside, lies our 800-year old farmhouse, the “Ansitz Mair im Korn”. The mansion is located on the edge of Algund, only 5 minutes’ walk from the village centre and about 2 km from the spa town of Meran. It enjoys an elevated location overlooking the valley bottom of Meran with its famous Mediterranean climate and offers spectacular panoramic views of the Texelgruppe mountains. Famous castles like Schloss Tirol, Brunnenburg or Schloss Thurnstein are fast and easy to reach. If you are travelling by train, we will be pleased to pick you up and return you to the train station free of charge. |
